✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact
- Proof (images/video) may be required for damaged or defective items
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Size or color issues if clearly mentioned on the product page
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor variations (color difference due to lighting/screen)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Intimate / hygiene-sensitive items
- Clearance / final sale items
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Email us at primahubofficial@gmail.com
- Include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos (if applicable)
Our team will review and share next steps within 24–48 hours.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect → Return shipping is free (we arrange pickup if available)
- For other eligible returns → Shipping cost is borne by the customer
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
💸 Refund Process
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:
- Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → Refund via bank transfer / UPI
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items
- Subject to stock availability
- Must be requested within the 5-day window
⚠️ Important Notes
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Items showing signs of use will be rejected
- Prima Hub reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet policy conditions
